• Print-on-demand items are produced individually to order once purchased; minor variations between items (e.g. print placement) may occur as part of the production process.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or update any product at any time without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products purchased per person, household, or order.

4. Pricing & Payment

A contract between us is only formed once your order has been dispatched.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns policy is as follows:

• You may return most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
• This 30-day return window applies to all products, including print-on-demand clothing. However, print-on-demand clothing is not eligible for size exchanges — if you need a different size, please return the original item for a refund (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order.
• We cover the cost of return postage — please contact us at info@deucespadel.com to arrange your return before sending anything back.
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• This returns policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel most orders within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@deucespadel.com as soon as you receive your order, and no later than 48 hours after delivery, with photos of the damage and packaging, so we can resolve the issue promptly. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
