Klarna-Specific Terms & Conditions

When you choose to pay using Klarna, you agree to the following additional terms:

1. Klarna Payment Options

  • Pay in 30 days: Receive your items first and pay the invoice within 30 days.

  • Pay in 3 instalments: Split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments.

  • Financing: Pay over a longer term with monthly instalments.

All payment options are subject to Klarna’s approval.

2. Using Klarna

To use Klarna, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Have a UK residential address.

  • Have a valid debit/credit card.

3. Klarna’s Role

Klarna is a separate payment service provider. By choosing Klarna, you enter into a payment agreement with Klarna, not Deuces Padel Co.

4. Late or Missed Payments

Klarna may charge late fees or take debt collection action if payments are missed. This is entirely managed by Klarna and outside of Deuces Padel Co.’s control.

5. Returns & Klarna Orders

  • If you return items purchased via Klarna, we will notify Klarna to update your payment schedule or issue a refund.

  • You are still responsible for making payments to Klarna until your return is processed.

  • Returns and refunds policy that complies with Klarna's 14-days returns & refunds policy (that YOU the customer has the right to return an item within 14 days of delivery). This cannot be compensated via store credits. This is Klarna's standard return policy and must be adhered to without exceptions.
